In this capacity, JMI Realty was responsible for the construction oversight of PETCO Park (home of the San Diego Padres Major League Baseball franchise) and planning/coordination of all private development surrounding PETCO Park that generated over $2 billion in development. JMI Realty is led by John Kratzer and its construction efforts are headed by Jim Chatfield, both of whom live within 15 minutes of Encinitas.
